What to bring to your wedding dress fitting

A short list. Bring these and the fitting takes half the time.

Your fitting bag

The shoes you will actually wear.Not similar shoes, the real ones. Hem length is measured from the floor with your shoes on, and half an inch of heel changes it.
The undergarments and any shapewear you plan to wear.The bodice is fitted over them, so a different bra on the day means a different fit on the day.
Your veil and belt or sash, if you have them.I want to see how they sit with the dress while there is still time to adjust anything.
A photo of the venue floor, if you have one.Grass, gravel and cobblestone all change how short the hem should be.
For the final fitting, bring the person who will bustle you.They learn it once, in a calm room, and then they know it.
