Where the love of sewing began

My relationship with fabric started long before I ever set foot in a bridal shop. Growing up, I watched my grandmother turn scraps of cloth into something that felt like magic — and I've been chasing that feeling ever since. What started as a childhood curiosity became a lifelong craft, one I've now honed across thousands of garments and a decade of hands-on work.

My professional path led me through David's Bridal, where I refined my precision on high-stakes work — bridal alterations where there is absolutely no margin for error. That experience taught me how to move quickly without sacrificing quality, how to read a garment's structure, and how to work with brides under the particular kind of pressure that comes with a date on a calendar that doesn't move. When I went independent, I brought every lesson with me — and left behind everything that got in the way of truly serving my clients.

Working for myself means working for you. I don't overbook. I don't make promises I can't keep. Every garment I touch gets my full attention, not a fraction of it. I'm based in Pittsburgh and I believe in this city — its brides, its people, and its sense of occasion. When you come to me, you're not a ticket number. You're the reason I do this.

Deadlines that are real. Craftsmanship that shows.

My Values

Honest Timelines

I will never overcommit and underdeliver. Every timeline I give you is one I can keep — because your event date is not negotiable.

Precision Craft

A decade of bridal and garment work means I've seen every fabric, every silhouette, every complication. I bring that knowledge to every stitch.

Personal Attention

I work by appointment only, which means when you're here, you have my undivided focus. No rushing, no distractions.

Working for myself means working for you.

When I worked in a corporate shop, the pressure was to move fast, book more, and never slow down. I got very good at working quickly — but I missed the part of this craft that actually matters: giving a garment the attention it deserves, and giving a client the time to feel comfortable. Going independent let me do both. I don't overbook. I don't rush. And I don't work for a quota. I work for the people who trust me with something that matters to them.
