Let's talk about your garment
I'm home with our new baby, so for now I'm taking everyday tailoring and small repairs only. Bridal fittings reopen in early 2027. If your wedding is in 2027, join the waitlist and you'll get first pick of fitting dates, in the order you joined. If your date is sooner, tell me anyway and I'll give you an honest answer, plus a referral if I can't take it.

Common questions
Frequently asked
Bridal fittings are on a waitlist until early 2027, so join as soon as you have your dress. The first fitting is usually 8 to 12 weeks before the wedding, so getting in touch 3 to 6 months ahead leaves room for every fitting without rushing. For everyday tailoring, a week or two's notice is usually plenty. Send a request and I'll confirm what's possible.
Absolutely. I work on all wedding dresses regardless of where they were purchased, including online purchases, heirloom gowns, vintage finds, and secondhand dresses. Every garment is evaluated individually at a consultation.
Most bridal alterations require 2 to 3 fittings: an initial consultation and pinning, a fitting to check progress, and a final fitting. The number can vary depending on the complexity of the alterations and how the garment responds to changes. For everyday tailoring, usually just one fitting is needed.
Sometimes. It depends on my schedule and on the work, so put your date in your first message and I'll tell you honestly whether I can fit it in. Rush work carries an extra fee, which I quote up front. If I can't take it, I'll suggest someone who can.
Bring the garment you need altered, any undergarments or shapewear you plan to wear with it (this matters significantly for fit), and the shoes you'll be wearing if a hem adjustment is needed. For bridal fittings, bring anything you're planning to wear underneath. The right foundation garments can change the fit dramatically.
Yes, for everyday tailoring and small repairs. Bridal and larger custom projects reopen early 2027. You can join the waitlist now and I'll contact you in order as dates open. If your date is sooner, mention it in your request and I'll tell you honestly whether it's possible.
Early 2027. Join the waitlist with the form above and I'll reach out in order.
